It’s hard to believe we’ve never profiled Nicole Nagrani, the youngest IFBB Bikini Pro ever. She is 19 years old, and is a full-time college student at Stetson University. She is single, but don’t hold your breath guys, as you can imagine she’s kind of a popular lady. She lives in Daytona Beach Florida. She is 5’2″ tall and weighs about 112 lbs.
Nicole wants to be a physician, but isn’t sure what she eventually wants to specialize in. Nicole’s mother is a figure competitor (Kristen Nagrani), so clearly she has inherited some amazing genetics. Nicole has been winning shows since she was 14. Even though she’s in college, she says she’s really not tempted to go out partying or eat fast food. This girl is really committed to her sport. It’s incredible to think about how far she might go or what she can achieve if she practices for 5 or 10 more years.
Nicole is coached by Shannon Dey, who seems to be everywhere in the ladies fitness world these days. Shannon has Nicole do up to two hours a day of cardio when she is preparing for a show. To try and keep things balanced between her scholastic life, her personal life, and her fitness life, Nicole says she just tries to take it one day at a time. With that kind of personality, and her kind of looks, watch out for Nicole in her next few contests.
