Age, height, weight, measurements.  Where&#8217;d you grow up?  Brothers, sisters, married, single? <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>20 years old, 5\u20194\u201d tall, 105lbs, 32-24-33, I grew up in a small town in North Carolina. I have 2 brothers and a twin and I am single.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Athletic history &#8211; how did you get into your current fitness lifestyle?  Were you athletic or active growing up?  What organized or individual sports have you played?  What are your favorite sports?<!--more--><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Ive always been a runnersince elementary school. I ran track throughout middle school and high school and I thoroughly enjoy running and mountain biking.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Describe your current fitness routine.  What kind of activities, exercise, frequency, intensity?  What&#8217;s your diet like?  Do you take any vitamins or supplements?  Does this vary day by day, week by week, seasonally?<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>As of right now I am just getting back into working out 3 times a week, whether that be all in the gym or running a couple miles each day. I just take a normal multi-vitamin every day and I eat what I want.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Do you listen to music when you workout?  What are your favorites?<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>I listen to theory of a deadman or greenday when I workout because I love the beats.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>What are you best bodyparts?<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Id have to say my legs are my best asset.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Goals &#8211; what are your short, medium, and long-term goals as they relate to fitness?  How about fitness modeling?<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>My goals are to get back into great shape and run a few marathons and compete in mountain biking. Fitness modeling would be a plus and make my life enjoyable because id love to share my body with the world.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Do you feel like you&#8217;re in better shape now than a year ago?  If so or if not, what do you attribute this to?<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>I am definitely in better shape than a year ago and I hope to keep going in a better direction. I definitely have running to thank for my body. It keeps me toned.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Do you find it hard or easy to stay fit?<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>I find it pretty easy to stay fit because fitness has always just been a standard for me.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>What gives you a mental edge?  That little bit of extra oomph to get past the hard days or the sticking points?  What motivates you?<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The best motivation I have is unfit people. I want them to look at me and wanna change their lifestyles. Also I want people to realize how hot a mom can be.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Who do you look up to?  Who inspires you?  Are there any famous athletes or fitness figures you would love to meet?<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>I have always looked up to my brother.
