She has great shoulders, and a waist so tiny it&#8217;s like she&#8217;s a female action hero doll.  She is 5&#8217;7&#8243; tall and lives in Denver Colorado.  She grew up running track and cheerleading, so fitness and activity is nothing new to her.  She is 31.  She is actually the oldest of ten siblings (10!), so there was a good bit of pressure on her growing up to set a good example for her brothers and sisters.  That still reflects in her personality and lifestyle today.  She is all about empowering women and showing them how to live with strength and confidence.<\/p>\n<p>She is extremely active in the NPC and IFBB.
