That&#8217;s the case not just with her body, but with others&#8217; as well.  She is a personal trainer and has two children, so I&#8217;m really not sure how she finds the time to do it all.  She danced for twelve years (a pattern we&#8217;ve seen with many here at FBB), and has been lifting weights for sixteen.  She competes at about 145 lbs, but gets up to 170 lbs in the off-season.  This for a lady who stands 5&#8217;5&#8243;.
