Sherry Carnicle will be 39 years old this December 22. She was born in Iowa to an athletic family. her father was a former golden gloves boxer, and her mother always loved to exercise. Her brother was a few years older, and they used to earn their allowance by doing pushups each night before bed.
She was involved in pretty much every sport growing up. That includes volleyball, track, soccer, gymnastics, karate, and cheerleading. She first tried weightlifting in high school, and fell in love with ti.
She earned a BS in Exercise Science from Western Illinois University.
She won first place in her first figure competition, and this was only ten months after giving birth to her daughter. She clearly has some incredible talent and genetics for athleticism in general, and figure specifically. That may be her first love, but she enjoys running too. She frequently places near the top of her age bracket in various road races that range in distance from five to twenty five kilometers.
She is a certified personal trainer. She switched to doing this as a full-time occupation many years ago, and has had great success by providing leadership and know-how to her clients.
Sherry is beautiful with those blue eyes, and does quite a bit of modeling in Arizona. She stands 5’4″ tall, weighs around 125 lbs, and measures 36D-24-35. She has always seemed to know exactly what her purpose is in life. She’s always been dedicated to fitness, to being the best fit babe she can be, and to helping those around her achieve their own level of greatness.
