Jessica Paxson-Putnam

A smoking hot blonde bombshell, Jessica Paxson-Putman hails from Centerville Ohio. She stands 5’4″ tall and weighs in about 116 lbs. Jessica runs her own personal training and consulting business, and is a certified personal trainer.

Jessica placed 12 in the 2010 IFBB Olympia, and 2nd in the Jacksonville Pro. She stumbled upon the figure competitor lifestyle when she signed up for a fitness model boot camp in Tennessee. Louise Rogers

Louise Rogers is an IFBB Figure Pro from Great Britain. She is 5’8″ tall and about 136 lbs. Lou has been doing plenty of training and traveling lately, but she was sidelined by an illness and actually had to have surgery.

Louise’s story is interesting. She earned her pro card after competing in only three events. She is the only British gal to earn a pro card in several years. She was a sprinter and hurdler in school, so that’s how she began her athletic career. Louise Rogers

Erin Harte

Erin Harte is a figure competitor and fitness model from the Chicago Illinois area. I haven’t seen much from Erin since she won the 2007 NPC Grand Prix Natural Figure Competition in Illinois. Once upon a time, she worked for a food packaging company in the area and was working towards her pro card. As you can see, she has some well developed arms, great fitness instincts and genetics, and a cute, pretty smile.

Cecilia Soderstrom

Cecilia Soderstrom also known as Cecilia Chayenne Benjamison is a 34 year old 5’5″ tall Swedish beauty who is very easy on the eyes. Tomorrow happens to be her birthday! She is a personal trainer and loves riding sport bikes.

Carissa Monroe

Carissa Monroe is a 25 year old from Colorado Springs Colorado. She is a figure competitor, certified personal trainer, and fitness model. She’s a small gal at 5’2″ tall and only 98 lbs. She’s very trim and fit. Hey, dynamite comes in small packages, right? I would be interested in finding out more about her athletic background, and hopefully we’ll update when we hear how she does in her first competition.

Brittany Staples

Have you heard the saying “there are old pilots and bold pilots, but there are no old bold pilots”? This is unfortunately applicable to many boxers and mixed martial artists. You can find a few good looking (male and female) fighters, but the industry is kind of rough on the body and the face, so eventually that takes a toll on beauty. Twenty-five year old Brittany Staples to a certain extent is trying to defy the odds when it comes to this adage. From Boston Massachusetts, Brittany is a NPC Figure Competitor who also happens to be a popular fitness model and a golden gloves boxer.

Brittany is 5’3″ tall and about 115 lbs. What she lacks in size she makes up for in speed, power, and beauty. She placed 16th in the 2010 Team Universe, 9th in the 2010 Jr National Championships, and 4th in the 2009 Eastern USA Championships. more Brittany Staples

Laurie Vaniman

Many of the figure and fitness competitors started out in dance or gymnastics. Laurie Vaniman was one of the dance gals. Once she entered college, she ended up falling in love with weightlifting. On a lark, she entered a competition in 1996 where she placed 2nd, and at that point she was compelled to compete. Her story is an interesting one, because it spans two segments, practically two careers.

She managed to earn her pro card in 1998, and was going like gangbusters until she was devastated by an infection and subsequent medical problems. She came back in the Pittsburgh Pro Fitness competition in 2001 earning 9th place.

Laurie is 37, stands 5’5″ tall, and weighs about 125 lbs. Laurie has that mega-watt model’s smile that makes many other fitness models long for more talent.

Jaime Franklin

Jaime Franklin grew up on a farm practicing a very active life. She helped out with chores on the farm, practiced competitive gymnastics, and wrestled her older brother like a fiend. In fact, even as a young girl she was so competitive she broke her arm working her brother over. She went on to drop gymnastics and concentrate on track and field in high school, successfully breaking conference records for the long jump and hurdles.

After injuring herself teaching gymnastics, she started lifting weights. Only four months after she started competing in figure contests, she won her pro card. Jaime gave up competing in 2005 to settle down and become a mom, and she currently works as a computer consultant. Of course she still trains!

Dina Al-Sabah Part 2

We probably didn’t do Dina Al-Sabah justice when we devoted but a few sentences to her 3 years ago. Dina was born in 1974 in Lebanon and is fluent in four different languages. This is a byproduct of having lived in Italy, Egypt, and Morocco. She played varsity basketball and volleyball in high school, and was also captain of the track and field team. She started dabbling in weightlifting in college, and realized she had a competitive future.

Dina is unique in many ways – including the fact that she is the first Arab IFBB Figure Pro ever. She did well in both figure and fitness, but because there is so little money to be made in those sports, she turned to fitness modeling. Her exotic looks make her very popular, and she manages to balance femininity and muscularity well. Dina video

Lyzabeth Lopez

Lyzabeth Lopez is definitely one of the more popular and recognizable fitness babes out there. She has a finger in every pie. She is a certified personal trainer, aerobics instructor, teaches gymnastics, professional cheerleader, dancer, and fitness model. She is and excellent resource on nutrition and contest prep. She is a brand unto herself! Her youtube videos are pretty popular, and if I can remember I’ll embed one below.

Lyzabeth is 5’5″ tall and 123 lbs. I think she currently lives in Canada. She is Venezuelan and Israeli, so quite an exotic mixture. Lyzabeth is more sexy fully clothed than most girls are naked! Her measurements are 32D-24-37.
